“This position is responsible for Acoustic Engineering, for assigned transducer development project.” - Design the time- and frequency-domain acoustic response by specifying the piezoelectric and matching layer components for a wide variety of vector and linear transducers, for multiple platforms, in the 2-20MHz range - Develop backing and matching layer materials, including release to production, to optimize your designs - Working from specifications for a given clinical application, specify the aperture, pitch, element count, and other parameters of a transducer, including field response, to optimize the imaging performance for that application - Collaborate with a circuit designer to maximize the imaging performance of transducers which have on-board electronics - Using analysis of variance techniques and other formal methods, specify production tests and test specifications for your designs [자격요건] - Master's or Ph.D. degree in engineering or physics and 5 years of experience designing ultrasonic transducers for medical or non-medical use - Demonstrated experience using design of experiment techniques to optimize designs - Proficiency with KLM or other acoustic simulator, including electrical matching with operating system and electrical components - Experience using finite element models to minimize spurious modes in transducers - Characterization for acoustic materials used to transducer design - Familiarity with fabrication processes such as dicing and bonding. - Demonstrated expertise using network analyzers and other similar laboratory equipment to measure properties of materials and transducers - Experience releasing products to manufacturing, including design for manufacturability, design for cost, and design for reliability - Good oral and written communication skills, in English, appropriate to this discipline - Experience for acoustic beam field simulation and relation with image quality. - Understanding for acoustic beam field phenomenon and Experience for measurement methodology - Experience for new architecture design for image transducer than existing. - Familiarity with FDA, ISO, MDD, and other medical regulatory processes [근무지] 포항 |
