제주도 특급호텔리조트타운 F&B부문 -일식당 (스시세션, 테판야키세션, 이자카야세션) 운영 Outlet Manager
• Our kitchen(Yumeyama) is three sections, sushi (average 150 usd check food), teppanyaki (average 150 usd check food) and Isakaya section with average check food / beverage 50 usd
• Minimum 2 years experience as an outlet manager for an upscale Japanese Izakaya style free standing upmarket restaurant or Five Star Hotel restaurant
• Able to effectively work within a large brigade proactively with teamwork, clear communication
• Familiar with a large, quality focused a la carte restaurant (155 seats)
• Personable and willing to engage and service guests in an open kitchen environment
• Japan experience / Integrated Resort experience advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety / Basic Computer Skills
• Korean or Japanese national legal to work in Korea / Japanese overseas experience / English and Korean language advantageous
