본문JOB PURPOSE The Digital Officer will be responsible to develop a strong and innovative digital strategy for the Rolex & Tudor in Korea. The strategy aimed to strengthen the quality and the consistency of the brand visibility to preserve, perpetuate and enhance our brands’ uniqueness. This person is also responsible for managing all relationship with our digital partners, such as our retailers’ digital officers and our agencies. This professional will conceptualize and implement the right strategies and tools to improve our online presence in Digital Media Campaigns, SEO, Social Media platforms and on our retailers’ websites. The Digital Officer will also play a crucial role in maintaining Rolex’s and Tudor’s core values and leading our brands towards successful achievement of objectives, both qualitative and quantitative. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES • Build a strong digital strategy for Rolex & Tudor, adapting it to the specificity of both brands (values, clients, objectives). • Be the local expert for the digital trends in South Korea. • Liaise with Rolex Headquarter and Agencies to implement and improve the Rolex digital experience online • Adapt the Rolex & Tudor digital presence to the local digital ecosystem (Kakao Talk, Naver…). • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance measurements to provide insights to the executive team (local & international). • Support the digital expertise and knowledge of the Network through dedicated trainings. • Follow up closely with Retailers and Agencies in order to ensure the proper implementation of the Rolex official new guidelines. • Review monthly digital analytics and share recommendations with the Retailers. • Be locally responsible for the Rolex Retailer presence on all point of sales digital maps and repertories, through centralized technologies. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS • Confirmed expertise in managing Korean digital/communication projects in related function in the luxury industry. • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Korean digital ecosystem for luxury brands, media, SEO, analytics, and social media activities • Project Management skills • Good sense of business objectives and commercial priorities • Understanding of daily retail operations • Good appreciation of the role of an Affiliate in an international organization • Experience in leading projects as well as sourcing with digital agencies. • Proficient in social media (local and international). • Experience collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiatives strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, writing, text editing and presentation) in English and in Korean. • Success in determining priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any projects on schedule. • Demonstrated news first mind-set; able to create stories and content surrounding brands that is newsworthy. • Capable to perform data analysis, build relative action plan and implement it. • Discretion, high level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices. • Dynamic, autonomous, and versatile • Strong customer focus • CSR sensibility 제출서류 : 영문이력서(경력기술, cover letter 포함), 한글이력서(참고용) 한글이 없으면 영문만 제출도 가능하지만 로렉스에서 되도록 한글본도 요청. |
