본문**Assistant Manager IT (대리~차장급 3~12년)근무부서: Information Technology Service TeamResponsibilities / Qualifications: - Experience with WCS/WMS implementations and support in a large scale distribution center environment - IT project Management - Application Development, Support, Maintenance background, SQL, Database - Business Analysis - System Integration - Infrastructure / Platform - Strong leadership and technical skills - Effective communication skills a must - Ability to work productively in a matrix environment - Strong team player with the ability to work in project and production support models with a diverse group of individuals across multiple departments - Strong documentation skills for project and production support life cycle projects and tasks - Strong problem identification and solving skill set - Partnering with the business and Operations in identifying and prioritizing competing requests in order to provide the maximum value to the business - Ability to identify, document and justify enhancements to improve productivity and labor costs - Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented and sometimes highly stressful environment - Complete work schedule flexibility for on shift support in alignment with operations production schedules - Ability to troubleshoot and lead troubleshooting teams within the technically complex environments |
