- Lead category consumer and market insight to deliver consumer-centric implications for the business
- Support National Brand and Innovation team by identifying insight requirement and delivering most appropriate research design and result
- Monitor/Track Brand and commercial performance to deliver consolidated insight and manage team to deliver key tracking deliverable on-time
- Brand Strategy: Conduct Pre & Post Campaign learning plan for all key national brand campaigns and key competition. Build strong consumer research/learning discipline managing internal stakeholders
- Brand Strategy: Provide comprehensive brand performance analysis for 1 year Planning

자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree and above, business, marketing, statistics, psychology majors are preferred (Masters degree above plus)
- Able to draws data-based insights to continually seek opportunities, identify new prospects to improve insight quality
- Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proactive and constantly seeking for better quality of the work
- Intellectual curiosity, Strategic thinking, Team spirit
- Comfortable communicate in verbal and written English & Korean
관련경험
- 8+ years’ experience in Strategy/Consumer research / Consulting area
- At least 4 years experience in consulting/research agency experience is must
