1. Manage commercial data weekly and monthly to deliver on time performance result, and deep-dive the result to understand market dynamics
2. Manage Brand tracking study to deliver on time in full, and cascade the result to marketing team
3. Design and conduct appropriate Ad-hoc research to address business questions from Brand and innovation team
4. Arrange and drive agile qual research platform (happy hour) to obtain real consumer voice for new opportunity in the market
5. Support Sr. insight manager to derive finetuned insight
필요요건
▶자격요건/우대사항
- Bachelor’s degree or above, business, marketing, statistics, psychology majors are preferred
- Able to draws data-based insights to continually seek opportunities, identify new prospects to better deliver consumer centric insight
- Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills
- Intellectual curiosity, Team spirit
- Comfortable communicate in verbal and written English & Korean
- At least 4 years’ experience in Research agency or Consumer insight function is a must
