담당업무

- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of contracts (including licensing, publishing, service, employment, and investment agreements)

- Conduct legal research and advise on various legal issues

- Handle M&As and investment projects

- Support overseas subsidiaries with legal issues

- Manage disputes

- Manage external counsel

자격요건

- Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or in other common law jurisdiction

- Up to 5 years of post-qualification experiences

- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean

- 미국 또는 다른 보통법 국가의 변호사 자격

- 변호사 취득 후 경력 5년 이하 (대리-과장급)

- 한국어, 영어 능통자 (영어, 한국어 bilingual)
