[Responsibilities]

• Manage daily operations of the office; coordinate with other country offices over administrative needs
• Manage operations personnel, including but not limited to Office Manager and Finance lead;
• Coordinate Company resourcing and budget allocation exercises;
• Oversee company needs regarding IT, marketing, HR, ethics/compliance best practices;
• Provide advisory services to portfolio companies;
• Analyze and advise on investment opportunities;

[Qualifications and Skills]

• Flexible and adaptable to current company needs
• Structured and detailed oriented approach to setting up and maintaining operational infrastructure
• Bi-lingual with native language fluency in both English and Korean
• finance industry preferred
