  -포지션:  Color Brand Manager (구찌버버리 메이크업 담당)

  -직급: BM (영문 title: Brand Manager) 

          .팀 내 메이크업을 담당하는 ABM 1명이 있음

  -자격요건

    .대졸 이상 학력자

    .화장품 마케팅 경력 만10년 이상 (색조마케팅 경험 2년 이상 포함)

    .원활한 비지니스 영어 가능자 (영어 이메일컨퍼런스콜 활용에 어려움이 없는 분)


MARKETING MANAGEMENT

 Brand Strategies. Develops and implements local brand strategies according to international brand strategies, 

but localized to meet the specific demands and intricacies of the country’s cosmetics landscape 

 Product Portfolio. Manages product portfolio ensuring that all launches are strategic, sustainable, 

addressing market demands, and strengthening the brands’ positioning 

 Budget Management. Builds and controls marketing budget such that each expense is maximized and 

aligned towards the achievement of the brands’ over-all KPIs 

 Advertising. Develops the brand’s television/digital/print/out-of-home advertising plans with media agency

in accordance to global and regional directions 

 Digital Marketing. Directs the digital agency in developing and executing the digital component of launch 

and always-on campaigns to maximize awareness and bring counter traffic 

 Press Releases. Works with the PR/IM Director and agency in developing and executing PR plans

for the brands’ key launches and reanimations to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand credibility 

 Event Management. Conceptualizes and supervises the implementation of brand-building and 

sales-generating events that express the brand’s heritage, image, and expertise 

 Visual Merchandising. Work closely with Coty VM team, as well as the distributor’s VM team with 

regard to developing & implementing counter designs according to global brand standards while meeting 

local retailer requirements 

 Brand/Product Training. Works hand-in-hand with the local trainer in developing effective brand/product

training materials to elevate expertise of Beauty Advisors and distributors’ Brand Managers 

 Inventory Management. Guides the distributor in per-SKU forecasting by determining nationwide 

demand on a per-SKU level, after detailed monthly analysis of historical sales, current stock levels, 

and upcoming brand activities and trends, that lead to the achievement of the brand’s total target

 Promotions. Guides the distributor in developing, implementing, and measuring effectivity of 

retail activities/promotions that hype up launches and pillar franchises, while still delivering high margins 

for the brand 

 Sales Analysis. Analyses sales on per-SKU and per-store basis to ensure that the brand’s tactics are 

working towards the achievement of total brand targets
