​  -리포트라인: (1차) FP&A Manager (2차) CFO

     (CFO조직은 CFO外 Accounting 1명, Tax 1명, FP&A 2명으로 구성되어 있습니다)

  -고용형태: 계약직 1년 

  -직급: 팀원~대리 (영문 title: Analyst)        

  -주요담당업무: 하기 JD 참조 (사업계획, 손익분석, 재무상태 및 현금흐름 예측 분석)

  -자격요건

    .대졸 이상 학력자 (상경계열 전공자 선호)

    .재무/기획관리 경험 만 3년 이상 (소비재 회사 경험 선호)

    .SAP 사용 경험, 엑셀 능력 중요

    .영어는 메일/자료를 읽을 수 있을 정도 수준(기본적인 reading만 필요)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Closing & Margin analysis 

1. Provide brand PnL to Commercial and Marketing team. 

2. Report Margin analysis by SKU 

3. Track in-land cost with historical data management at SKU level, at line level, and at house level upon request.

4. Prepare Journal entry for accessory cost 

Finance Health Check-Monthly Business Review 

1. Analyze Fixed cost & Advertising Commercial Promotion fee actual spending vs. FCST 

2. Retrieve Finance actual data from HFM and Customize excel template & deck for presentation. 

3. Validate data and upload outlook to HFM 

Financial Planning and FCST 

1. Update Plan /PF template preparation (Actual data + FCST data) 

2. Be the contact person for consolidating data from other department regarding budget, Forecast ing and other reporting 

3. Manage Fixed cost with all assumptions by cost center and Monitor spending track. 

4. Validate and upload FP to HFM 

Pricing 

1. Compare global pricing guideline (CSSP) with the current price and data consolidation 

2. Pricing upload in Kinaxis (S&OP program) 

3. Simulating financial impact of promotion or NPD 

Others 

1. Respond to reporting/information requests from BU commercial teams and Coty global teams 

2. Provide ad hoc analysis reports in timely and accurate manner
