1. Chef de Cuisine _ 초콜렛: 과장급 내외국인
- Minimum 4 years experience as Chef de Cuisine for or above for a market leading chocolatier, chocolate retail operation or large scale chocolate brand
- Highest level of technical skill, attention to detail over volume and market leading quality of work
- Experience in large volume dynamic high quality production (30 - 50 kg daily chocolate production including scratch retail, amenities and decoration
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards
- Overseas experience / English and Korean language advantageous but not required
- Able to establish highest quality recipes for products and ensure recipes are followed, including presentation
2. Sous Chef _ 양식: 대리급 내국인
- Minimum 4 years experience as sous chef for or above for a Western/Asian free standing upmarket Cafe or Five Star Hotel restaurant
- Cuisine specialist in Western and Korean / Asian cuisine
- Able to effectively work within a large brigade proactively with teamwork, clear communication
- Experience in western and Asian food preparation, familar with a large a la carte restaurant (198 seats / 288 in summer with terrace)
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with large volume with highest quality and authentic presentation and taste of food
- Overseas experience / Integrated Resort experience advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards / Basic Computer Skills
- Korean national / overseas experience / English and Korean language advantageous but not required
- Able to establish highest quality recipes for products and ensure recipes are followed, including high quality presentation
3. Sous Chef _ 일식: 대리급 내외국인
- Minimum 4 years experience as sous chef for or above for an upscale Japanese Izakaya style free standing upmarket restaurant or Five Star Hotel restaurant
- Cuisine specialist in Japanese cuisine with focus on Japanese authentic high end yakitori / kusiage style cuisine
- Able to effectively work within a large brigade proactively with teamwork, clear communication
- Familiar with a large, quality focused a la carte restaurant (155 seats)
- Personable and willing to engage and service guests in an open kitchen environment
- Japan experience / Integrated Resort experience advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety / Basic Computer Skills
- Korean or Japanese national legal to work in Korea / Japanese overseas experience / English and Korean language advantageous but not required
