- 영문 계약서 검토 (라이센싱, 퍼블리싱 등) - 해외 transaction 관련 계약 검토 및 자문 (투자, M&A) - 해외 분쟁 (중재, 소송, 협상 등) 관련 자문 - Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts - Provide legal advice on inbound and outbound transactions (investments, M&As) - Provide legal advice on international disputes

- 미국 또는 기타 영미권 변호사 자격 소지자 - Degree in law (J.D. or equivalent) - Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or a common law jurisdiction required - 0 – 5 years of post-qualification experiences

- 한국어/영어 능통 (쓰기, 말하기) - 분석력, 판단력, 적극성을 갖춘 분 - 여러 업무의 우선순위를 설정하고 처리할 수 있는 분 - 조직에 대한 적응력과 사회성을 갖춘 분 - Fluency in English and Korean (drafting and speaking) - Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgement - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - Ability to work proactively and reliably - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- 로펌/인하우스 근무 경력자 - 게임, IT, 콘텐츠, 엔터테인먼트 관련 업무 경험자 - 해외거래 관련 업무 경험자 - Experience at a reputable law firm or in-house (preferably both) - Experience in gaming, IT, content, or entertainment industry - Experience in handling cross-border transactions
