[주요업무]

- Designated Complaint Unit (Complaint management)
- Ensure compliance with all post market activities including complaint processing
  and investigations
- Maintain a global perspective on all medical device regulations and incorporate them
  into daily execution
- Determine safety classification of incoming complaints
- Interact with a cross-functional team of department representatives such as Engineering,
  Regulatory and Service
- Drive product investigations to obtain thorough root cause analyses
- Support post market surveillance metrics on a periodic basis
- Respond to audit issues, and questions generated internally and externally with regard to
  customer complaints
- Proactively review the quality system and participate in special projects related to the continuous
  improvement of the quality system
- Assist with the coordination of external audits from regulatory authorities

[자격요건]

-  2년제 혹은 4년제 대학 졸업자로 전기/전자, 임상관련 혹은 의료공학 전공자(우대 사항)
-  엔지니어링 검토보고서 작성 및 검토 경험자
-  의료기기 고객 불만 접수 처리 유 경험자 (우대 사항)     
-  의료기기 임상 이미지 개발 유 경험자 (우대 사항)
-  전자기기 개발 혹은 제조 경험자. 초음파 진단 시스템 또는
  트랜듀서 개발 제조 경험자 3년 이상 (우대 사항)
-  의료기기 관련 표준, 법 , 제조 및 품질 관리 유 경험자 (우대 사항)
-  영어 : Reading, Speaking, Writing 중급 이상 (필수 사항)
-  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 중급 이상 (필수 사항)
