Responsible for the
management and successful growth of Southco Key Accounts as designated by
Southco Management.
1. Meet or exceed established market share and sales performance targets
for an assigned key account base; proactively manage the progress of
programs.
2. Timely submission of an annual goal-setting package to sales
management. To meet or exceed established market share and sales
performance targets for an assigned key account base.
3. Develop and implement a strategic business plan for key accounts
in accordance with Southco Management’s goals and objectives based on 3
dimensions: applications, products and geography/OEM,CEM integration.
4. Establish and maintain customer relationship through the
provision of value added solutions; VITO selling; to increase
mind-share.
5. CRM discipline: to document all pertinent contact activity with
them in the Salesforce.com, to prepare and submit Weekly Overview
summaries to communicate significant field activities and record
progress of critical customer programs
6. Market intelligence: to collect, feedback and utilize the
information; communicate marketplace activity to Southco SBU and
marketing management.
7. Proactive communication with supervisor and other stake holders, for example, global account managers, KAM overseas. etc.
8. Support/manage distribution sales, including training, coaching, joint customer visit.
