본문JOB PURPOSE
The Communication & Image Manager will be responsible to roll-out in the Country the HQ Communication & Image strategy aimed to strengthen the quality and the consistency of the brand visibility to preserve and perpetuate brand’s uniqueness. The incumbent is also responsible for managing corporate public affairs, stakeholder relations, risk communication, corporate social responsibility at country level. This professional has to improve our online presence in general and the Rolex image on our retailers’ website and social media in specific.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy and Budgeting · Develop and roll-out short-term strategy for advertising, PR, digital, and event activities whilst ensuring alignment with Headquarter and country business goals. · Generate, analyze, and present reports on communications activities and future plans. · Responsible for the annual budget and review in-line with the country and retailers’ objectives / priorities. · Develop and monitor department KPIs and performance measurements to provide insights to the executive team. · Conduct annual Business Review covering retail’s advertising, communications, and sales performance. · Conduct an annual Marketing and Communications review of all retailer accounts to evaluate their adherence to our brand’s values and guidelines.
Public Relations and Communications · Adapt the corporate communications plan for the local market and plan activities. · Act as the primary contact for all local press inquiries; respond promptly and strategically to requests. · Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across local market (media, sponsorship and press events). · Create, translate, edit and develop PR materials including messaging, new releases, executives’ briefs, talking points, presentations and pitches amongst other documents. · Activate adequate and timely PR plan to support new boutiques and remodels as well as other retailer projects. · Oversee and monitor media coverage and produce reports for various stakeholders.
Brand and cooperative Marketing · Oversee the development of localized co-op and corporate advertising guidelines, including annual media split targets, and implementation and review of media plan development. · Oversee digital advertising activities to enhance digital presence. · Assist retailers in enhancing their visibility through the presentation and explanation of new opportunities; coordinate Commercial Team participation when required. · Lead transition from traditional to digital internally and externally · Monitor and assess monthly/annual advertising reports to initiate future activities/priorities. · Event, hospitality & Pop Up activation, establish VIP customers event with 360 perspective (plan & activation)
Corporate Sponsorship Events and Contracts · Oversee implementation of corporate and retailer events to ensure appropriate brand alignment, positioning, and opportunities for improvement. · Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships to improve brand visibility and awareness through events. · Own and manage event sponsorship relationships, contracts, negotiation, renewal, and expiry (including end-to-end process) in alignment with Rolex local affiliate policies and objectives. · Oversee contracts for any local corporate testimonees. · Act as representative and spokesperson internally within the organisation and at external events. · Organize and prepare various special projects and other tasks as required.
Visual Merchandising & Promotional Items · Coordination with the Commercial team & HQ for optimum Brand image at Boutique level (displays, new visuals campaign, …). · Follow up of the budgeting process of the VM activities. · Lead the correct implementation of the Promotional Items lines, from budgeting, ordering, distribution, invoicing to delivery. Digital · Be the local expert for the digital trends in South Korea and follow up with the Rolex HQ Teams in Geneva. · Support the digital expertise and knowledge of the Network through dedicated trainings. · Closely follow up with Retailers and Agencies in order to ensure the proper implementation of the Rolex official new guidelines. · Review monthly digital analytics and share recommendations with the Retailers. · Liaise with Rolex Headquarter and Agencies to implement and improve the Rolex digital experience online. · Be locally responsible for the Rolex Retailer presence on all point of sales digital maps and repertories, through centralized technologies. · Help us adapt the Rolex digital presence to the local digital ecosystem (Kakao Talk, Naver…).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
· University degree in a related field (Marketing, PR, or Communications) with 10+ years relevant professional experience in PR, Media, Marketing related function in the luxury industry. · Excellent understanding and knowledge of South Korean digital ecosystem for luxury brands, SEO, analytics, website and social media activities · Experience leading PR initiatives as well as sourcing PR agencies, proficient in social media. · Experience collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiatives strategies. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, writing and presentation) in English and in local language. · Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills (internal, external, press, retailers, VIP, VIC). · Success in determining priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any projects on schedule. · Demonstrated news first mind-set; able to create stories and content surrounding brands that is newsworthy. · Flexibility to travel and to attend events across the country. · Excellent knowledge of MS 365 Office (PPT, Word, and Excel) and other internal APP (CRM, MPT,…) and capable to perform data analysis. · Discretion, high level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices. · Confirmed expertise in managing digital/communication projects and teams · Good sense of business objectives and commercial priorities · Understanding of daily retail operations · Good appreciation of the role of an Affiliate in an international organization · Excellent language and text editing skills in English · Service oriented, deep personal interest in Communication & digital trends · Dynamic, autonomous, and versatile · Strong customer focus · CSR sensibility
